We are a local, family-owned and operated business that has been handling appraisals since 1991. The company was founded by Evan Winchester and his family members joined the company at a later stage, each specializing in specific areas. Evan Winchester

Evan Winchester: Founder and Co-Owner

Evan began his real estate appraisal career in 1991 while employed at Fidelity State Bank in Garden City. By 1994, he received his General Certified Appraiser Certificate. 

Winchester Enterprises was formed as a part-time business in 1995 and became a full-time career in 2010. His experience covers all types of real estate, including agriculture, commercial and residential appraisals. 

Nancy Winchester: Co-owner

Nancy is a retired middle school teacher who has started a new career specializing in residential appraisals. She is currently completing her appraisal coursework. She is currently completing residential appraisals to meet the experience requirement.

Travis Winchester: Trainee

Travis is working on becoming a General Certified Appraiser. He is assisting with residential appraisals as well as agriculture and commercial appraisals. Travis is currently working towards his college degree in Agribusiness.
